Eligible Broader Public Sector organizations, including public hospitals, may purchase directly through the VOR arrangement without a separate competitive procurement.

Yes. Verinivo is fully operational for U.S. customers. We respond to formal RFPs, RFIs and RFQs from health systems, academic medical centers, nursing and medical schools, allied health programs, colleges and districts, and provide standard documentation including HIPAA BAA, FERPA-aligned DPA, SOC 2 evidence, VPAT, insurance certificates and reference customers.

For clinical placement programs it can cost nothing: Verinivo can be offered at zero cost to the program or hospital, with learners paying a single one-time fee per placement. Institution-pay and college-pay models are also available, with one-time integration fees. That means no capital expenditure approval or multi-year budget commitment is required.

Most institutions launch their first cohort within 60–90 days of contract signature. The timeline depends mainly on how quickly your team confirms site-specific requirements: immunizations, background checks, mask fit testing, e-learning modules, agreements and local items such as parking or badge issuance.

Yes. Verinivo holds ISO/IEC 42001 certification, the first international standard for AI Management Systems. The scope covers the AI consensus engine that performs document pre-verification. All AI outputs are subject to mandatory human oversight before any compliance status changes.

Verinivo offers U.S., Canadian (for PHIPA and provincial requirements) and EU data residency. Residency is selected at deployment and documented in the contract, so uploaded documents stay in your preferred jurisdiction.

Yes. We sign customer-paper Business Associate Agreements (U.S.), Data Processing Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements as standard. We can also provide our own templates if your team prefers vendor paper.

Yes. Verinivo supports imports of users and registration records and offers API-based integrations, with 60+ pre-built connectors across major SIS, LMS, HRIS, EHR and hospital identity systems. Specific integration scope is confirmed during implementation planning.

Yes. Once your evaluation reaches the reference-check stage, we arrange direct conversations with current customers at comparable scale. We do not screen or coach references.
